Before you begin the application process, please take a moment to review the following information regarding the application fee.
Submission of Projects and Intellectual Property Ownership
Artists have the ability to independently submit their projects to the platform, provided that all materials, including 3D models and related assets, are their exclusive intellectual property.
The artist assumes full responsibility for any claims from third parties arising from the infringement of copyrights or other intellectual property rights related to the submitted materials.
The RubyGrab service reserves the right to suspend the artist’s membership in the event that it is proven that the submitted work is not the artist’s original creation and violates the rights of others.
In any disputes, the RubyGrab service will not be a party, meaning that the artist will be solely responsible for communicating and resolving issues directly with the individual who reports the infringement.
Discord Policy
All artists, whether they choose to share their projects on the RubyGrab website or via the Discord channel, are required to download and use the provided Templates (.blend, .psd, etc.) for their projects. This ensures a consistent and professional presentation across all submissions.
The templates include standardized naming conventions and folder structures, which must be adhered to for all shared projects. Additionally, the included logos in the templates are mandatory elements and must be incorporated into the projects as specified.
Each artist will also have access to a dedicated panel where they can independently generate a ShortURL for their file packages hosted on a public cloud storage service of their choice. This feature not only simplifies sharing but also allows artists to track download statistics for their materials.

You have the freedom to set the prices for your 3D models according to your own discretion. Whether you wish to offer your creations at a competitive rate or set premium prices reflective of their unique value, the choice is entirely yours.

Notification of Success
If your application is successful, you will receive a notification from us containing a link to proceed with the payment of the application fee. This link will be sent directly to the email address provided in your application.

Upon receiving the notification, you will have the opportunity to complete the payment of the non-refundable application fee through the provided link. Please ensure timely payment to secure your position as an artist on our platform.

Non-Refundable Policy

Once the fee has been submitted, it will not be reimbursed, regardless of the outcome of your application.
